 Uni Coffee Roastery is my favorite cafe in Yokohama.  There are so many kinds of drinks and desserts. My favorite is the pudding and the sweet potato latte. The sweet potato latte was limited edition during Halloween season but it was popular so  they are still selling it. I always order this drink. The color is cute so  it's photogenic and also sweet and delicious.  I like sweet latte drinks but coffee is popular. Uni Coffee sells freshly ground coffee. It's only 500yen a cup so  it's not only delicious but  it's also reasonable. There are a lot of  unique menu items here. One more popular menu is the pudding. It's 480yen so cheap than other cafes I went before. But it is so delicious. It's a little hard type pudding. The pudding is sweet but the caramel is bitter so it really matches.  There's a new cafe in Yokohama!! It's The City Bakery Brasserie Rubin. The first shop was opened in 1990 in New York. Of course people in New York loved this cafe. Also it was popular with people from abroad. The guy who made this cafe, Maury Rubin, was a famous person. He was a TV show producter and he won the Emmy award before. He loved to eat so much. One of his favorite foods was breads so he decided  to make his own bakery cafe. Of course I ate a bread. It was so soft and delicious. I also ordered a hummus. Hummus is originally from the Middle East People dip pita bread, tortilla chips, raw carrots and so on in it. At this cafe, everyone dips bread and enjoys hummus. My favorite flavor was the yogurt. The right one in the picture. Lunch time 11:00〜17:00 Dinner         17:00〜22:00 2 minutes walk from Yokohama station. In the new building NEWoMan 8th floor.

  One of my favorite cafes in Kyoto is Yojiya Cafe. The Yojiya area was famous for oil blotting paper.  The cafe was like an old Japanese style folk house. We waited about 15 minutes to set in because really it's a popular cafe in Kyoto. There were a lot of  items on the dessert menu and drinks menu. I choose green tea ice. My friend choose strawberry latte. Both were so sweet and delicious. The price was about 800 yen. It was a little cold that day so I ordered a Houjicha latte too.  Hi guys! Do you know Guri to Gura?? It's a famous picture book in Japan. I loved this book when I was a kid. One of my favorite scenes was when Guri and Gura used a huge egg and made a big pancake with animals in the forest.  When I whet to Jiyugaoka last week, I found a super cute cafe where you can eat the pancake in the Guri and Gura picture book.  It's RusaRuka. Take the Tokyo Kyukou Dentetsu line and it's about a 10 minute walk from Jiyugaoka Station. When you order a Guri to Gura no hotcake, it takes about 25 minutes,so me and my friend ordered a drink. It was only about a 5 minute wait.   Then the Guri to Gura no hot cake came! Be carful because the pan is really hot! The pancake comes with whipped  cream, vanilla ice cream and blueberry sauce.   The pancake was big and delicious. First I ate it only with butter. There's a beautiful ocean color ice cream and pudding at Numazu. It's Numazu Shinkai pullin koubou. Shinkai means the deep part of the ocean. This pudding is famous at Numazu. Many tourist buy this pudding. It's only 430yen so you better try it!! It's sooo cute! The blue part was a jelly taste like soda. First you can enjoy the jelly part. Then, mix it with the pudding under the jelly and eat it together. It tasted like a cream-soda. It was pretty good. My friend bought a Shinkai ice cream. The ice cream tasted good too. It was soda flavor.   There are many cafe and place to eat lunch so we ate lunch near the pudding shop. This is Gouka kaisen tokumoridon. It was too large for me but it was delicious.
